Movie Review: New Moon, The Twilight Saga

So i went with Joey and her friends to catch New Moon. I haven't finished watching Twilight yet, but i've read both, Twilight and New Moon, books.
Anyway, the movie is really fluid, even if you haven't read the books, it gives you a pretty good idea about the story. I really like it when it shows a closeup of the wolves. Their fur moves--rustles?--as the wind passes it. Really a nice effect. But when Edward stands in the sunlight and he simmers, it's not really what i would like to see. I think it would have been better if he would glow, like a firefly. Though how the humans would figure that he is a vampire is out of my calculations. [Look at me type! I sound like an expert! :p ]
The special effects are very well done, it's almost like an action movie. Almost. There are scenes where Edward stares lovingly (i'm just using my imagination) at Bella, where they lie on a field of flowers and stare at each other. How romantic.
But the most interesting was when Edward thought Bella had died and went to another country (i'm not too sure of the name) to seek his death, for there was no meaning in living in the world that his beloved wasn't in.
I like Jane. Though she has only a few lines to say, she somehows commands attention. Might be her blood red eyes though.
By the way, while watching the movie, we--me and Joey--had counted the number of times Bella was kissed. Yeah, we had nothing better to do. And the answer is (if Joey didn't miscount) 5. Yup. 5. 4 with Edward and 1 with Jacob. And (to me) it wasn't even a kiss! He just pecked her lips only. .. . . At least there was no french kissing.
Also another thing i notice, just for fun. Jacob was half half naked almost of the time. I know when he changes into a wolf his clothes get shred but why is he always okay, sometimes, half naked? I mean i understand when he changes back into human he should be naked. Yet why does the trousers survive but the shirt don't? That's a bit weird. But hey, don't let me stop you from enjoying the view!
Anyway, i liked this movie, you should go watch it too, if you didn't watch it already.
'Bella, will you marry me?'
". . . Eh?"
Knock yourself out. ^__^
